Use instructions:
COLD
1. Store in fridge or freezer until reaching the desired temperature.
2. Cover with a cloth.
3. Apply on the affected area.
HOT
1. Heat in microwave on medium power for 1 minute and continue heating in lapses of 15 secongds until reaching the desired temperature. It can be also heated in hot water between 122°and 140℉ for 5 minutes.

Warnings:
In the event of rash or any other discomfort, cease use of the product and contact your doctor. Avoid using the product while sleeping and putting it in direct contact with wounded skin, unless otherwise specified by your doctor. The conteiner does not usually break, but if it happens, not inhale or ingest the gel and avoid contact with eyes and skin. Monitor times of application and avoid frosbites or bumts deriving from excessive heat or cold. It is advisable to wrap the pack with a cloth when applying to avoid burnts or frostbites of the affected area.
Washing and storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Do not expose to sun or high temperatures. Keep away from oxidants and acids.
