A: It depends on what control system you prefer on LED video screens. For example, if you choose Nova-star control system,usually use ViPlex Express. If you choose Color-light, usually use LedVision. Programs for LED video screens are for free.

Q: How can i service these a LED video screen panel by myself?

A: Firstly,find the defective LED panel in the led screen ,replace problem panel with spare panel.

Secondly, test and diagnose the cause of the problem,such as power supply, power cable,data cable, LED receiving card,etc.

Thirdly,contact sales rep to initiate warranty claim and get free spare parts during the warranty.for some serious defects related to the boards and IC, please contact sales rep to start a warranty return authorization to ship the bad panel to service address.
