Q: Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes, We are a professional factory with the certifications such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and Halal certification for giving our customer the best products. Kae Hwa Industries was founded in 1964 and we are specializing in the production of breathable film/textile in Taiwan.
Q: Can we visit the factory?
A: Yes, welcome to visit us!! Our factory is located in Lukang Industrial Park, Taiwan.
Q: What's your main products?
A: We focus on producing breathable film/textile. The application of our film included diaper backsheet fabric, coverall fabric, desiccant pack fabric, warm pack fabric, medical fabric, agriculture cover, construction fabric, outdoor fabric…etc.
Q: When does your company established?
A: Our Company was established on 1961 for chemical products and further extends on Extrusion Microporous film at Changhwa in 1998.
Q: How do you guarantee your quality?
A: 1. Our manufacturing process is all according to the standard of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Halal certificate.
2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished product according to our quality control system.
3. We also have cooperation with the international test lab like SGS, Centrcot, Intertek, BTTG, TTRI, Kaken...and so on.
4. We also established a good tracking system. If there's any problem about the products, just give us the defect number. We will track it to find out the problem we have. (operator, machine, batch of raw material...and so on).
5. All of our products are under supervisor by our QC department, which guarantee the products disqualified would not enter the market.
6. Just in case if the product delivered was not qualified, we promise to take all the responsibility and the cost. We are looking for long term cooperation

Q: What's the warranty?
A: Normally 1 year warranty, if storage, handling, converting was properly at customer end.
