Adjust the direction of the pump and install it at a vertical angle of 90° to the ground. It can be installed in pools, tanks, culverts, deep wells and other fields, and the length of the pump body can be extended according to the actual depth. Vertical progressive cavity pumps can be installed on automatic or manual lifting platforms and mobile trolleys.

Vertical Liquid Extraction

The vertical pump adopts a vertical layout, the lower end is the suction port, and the upper end is the discharge port. When working, insert the suction port into the material, and the pump body transports the material from the discharge port. The vertical  pump can transport the liquid in the special position and container, and cannot suck the liquid in the pump body.

In accordance with different working conditions, the rotor material of the  pump can be made of alloy steel or stainless steel, and the surface of the rotor is sprayed with hard chromium or carbide. The stator material can be selected from nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, natural rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber and other materials. Meanwhile, we can provide highly cost-effective hollow rotor  pumps and constant wall thickness stator pumps.
